VFD series - ALU

The VFD series from Clean-Geartech is an aluminium reduction gearbox with a completely smooth housing. You can choose the appropriate reduction gearbox in combination with the motor via the  configurator .

Features:

• Available in 5 housing sizes, suitable for torques up to 350Nm.
• Standard hollow bore sizes: 14 mm to 35 mm, with optional sizes available on request.
• Material for hollow shafts: Cast iron or AISI 316L stainless steel.
• Protection class: available as IP66 with standard or Viton seals, or IP69K with double shielded seals.
• Atex certification available.

Applications:

Ideal for applications that are in close proximity to the processed product and require regular cleaning with basic cleaning procedures, such as:

• Meat and poultry processing
• Fish and seafood processing
• Fruit and vegetables
• Dairy production
• Marine environments
